Hey there! I’m Marlene.

Thank you for joining me here! I value simplicity and living a natural lifestyle, and I’ve gained so much through it. I hope that you follow along as I share delicious food recipes, how-tos for health and beauty, and clean ways that you can care for your home! I’m excited for the opportunity to help others on this journey.

My husband, Patrick, and I are childhood sweethearts. Turns out, we both liked each other all growing up, but didn’t know it until we were 23 years old. We finally came to our senses and got married in late 2019. Yeah, not long before “you-know-what” happened, and everything went crazy. What a glorious few months it was, not having to scramble for toilet paper.

Anyways, I’m thankful for my husband’s time that he has spent designing this website with me. My hope is that I can use it to provide beautiful inspiration for every purpose in your life.

Most importantly though, I need to give the Lord the credit for everything good in my life. As a born again Christian, I have trusted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and I strive to please Him with my life. He is always good, and I couldn’t do anything without Him.
